I’ve written music since childhood ❤️‍🩹because songwriting is how I process emotions.
« Soul Sisters » I wrote last summer, after two incredible girls came into my life and changed the way I understand friendship. We stayed up all night, talking and dancing and playing. In the early morning when they went to sleep, I stayed up and wrote this song within about 30 minutes, the words just flowed so clearly from my heart. 🌙🧚‍♀️

This video was not planned at all, just a spontaneous idea from Cadby. I won’t lie- the fact that I wasn’t fully prepared and that I wasn’t wearing any makeup, really bothered me initially. But now I think that’s the lesson in this, to be okay with being more vulnerable and raw.

Thanks @miraclesessions for your lovely work, and thanks Tess and Meg for changing my life. & thanks to my babygirl for wanting to be in the video with me 🥰

J’ai écrit de la musique depuis l’enfance parce que l’écriture de chansons est la façon dont je traite les émotions. ❤️‍🩹
«Soul Sisters» J’ai écrit l’été dernier, après que deux filles incroyables sont entrées dans ma vie et ont changé ma façon de comprendre l’amitié. Nous sommes restés debout toute la nuit, parlant, dansant et jouant. Tôt le matin, quand ils se sont endormis, je suis resté debout et j’ai écrit cette chanson dans environ 30 minutes, les mots coulaient si clairement de mon cœur. 🧚‍♀️🌙

Cette vidéo n’était pas du tout planifiée, juste une idée spontanée de Cadby. Je ne mentirai pas - le fait que je n’étais pas complètement préparé et que je ne portais aucun maquillage, me dérangeait vraiment au départ. Mais maintenant, je pense que c’est la leçon, pour être d’accord pour être plus vulnérable et brut.

Merci Cadby pour votre beau travail, et merci Tess et Meg d’avoir changé ma vie. Et merci à ma babygirl pour avoir voulu être dans la vidéo avec moi. 🥰
